Dennis R. Favaro

Dennis R. Favaro is a principal and managing partner of Favaro & Gorman, Ltd.

Dennis has practiced law for over thirty-five years and has served thousands of clients - all with one focus: using the law as a powerful tool to make a positive difference for his clients.

As studies have proven the significant connection between workplace and identity, Dennis has watched his work in employment law do two important things: correct his clients’ injustices and restore their livelihoods.

Employment law services can cover a wide range of cases. Always providing a client with the best possible care, Dennis has proven that his skills as a trial lawyer, litigator and mediator are equally important. He describes himself as an “aggressive advocate” for his clients, demonstrating deep compassion for their needs and unmatched zeal as he promotes their interests.

His nearly four decades of legal experience has allowed him to work with people from all walks of life and has given him a broad and unique perspective. Dennis believes in the importance of an intellectual yet heartfelt approach.

Dennis teaches employment law and dispute resolution courses as an adjunct instructor at Wheaton College and as a faculty member of William Rainey Harper College.

In addition to his practice, Dennis has founded employment law committees for two Bar associations, is a certified mediator, a graduate of the Trial Lawyers College and holds leadership positions in various charitable organizations and at his church.
