Dennis R. Favaro was admitted to the Illinois bar in 1986 and concentrates his practice in employment law and civil litigation. Mr. Favaro is active in regional charitable causes as well as in political campaigns for congressional and state candidates. Mr. Favaro is an adjunct faculty member of William Rainey Harper College in Palatine, Illinois where he teaches employment and business law courses. Mr. Favaro has certifications in trial advocacy from the National Institute of Trail Advocacy, is a graduate of the American College of Trail Advocacy, is included in the Who’s Who in American Law, and is recognized as a Leading Illinois Attorney in employment law.

Vincent J. Buzek has been practicing law since 1987 in Illinois and since 1994 in Colorado. Vince’s practice focuses on business matters, commercial litigation, and employment law including employer counseling and litigation. Vince moved to Colorado in 1994 with his wife and two daughters. Vince is active in the Broomfield community, currently serving as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Broomfield Chamber of Commerce, a member of the City of Broomfield Personnel Merit Commission, and the City of Broomfield Schools Task Force. He is also active in bar-related matters. Vince takes advantage of the wonderful Colorado outdoors by engaging in running, skiing, and fly-fishing.

Patrick J. Gorman divides his time between the Firm’s in Colorado and Illinois offices. Patrick has been practicing law since 1983. He concentrates his practice in litigation matters including, business, employment, and family law. His litigation philosophy stresses preparation: "There are three rules to success in a lawsuit: Prepare. Prepare. Prepare." Patrick enjoys outdoor pursuits including running, biking, and (when in the Colorado office) working on his fourteeners.

Kenneth A. Runes has been practicing law in Illinois since 1991. Kenneth’s practice is concentrated in the areas of employment law, business law, and commercial collection. Kenneth also has extensive experience in the areas of domestic relations and consumer bankruptcy. Kenneth is admitted to practice before the U.S. Court of Appeals, 7th Circuit and as a trial attorney in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.

Patricia L. Jochum received her B.A. from the University of Illinois in 1989 and her J.D. from the John Marshall law School in 1991. She was admitted to the Illinois Bar and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois in 1991. Patricia’s current practice is concentrated in employment law with specific emphasis in Americans with Disabilities law and Family Medical Leave. She also has experience with collections, bankruptcy, and real estate. Patricia has been active in volunteer activities in her community and she has twice been recognized for events which, under her leadership, resulted in national awards for her community.

Andrew H. Haber has been practicing law since 1988, and concentrates his practice in employment law, business law and class action litigation. Mr. Haber joined Favaro, Buzek & Gorman, Ltd. after thirteen years with a downtown Chicago law firm, where his experience included the litigation of complex employment, consumer fraud, professional liability, mass tort and securities cases. Mr. Haber received his undergraduate degree from Millikin University, and his law degree and MBA from the University of Illinois. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Haber worked for several years in the insurance industry where he earned the CPCU, Associate in Claims and Associate in Management designations. He enjoys playing the guitar.

John R. Buczyna has been practicing law since 1970. He initially worked in house for insurance companies, but since 1976 to the present has been in private practice. John graduated from John Marshall Law School in 1970 and was the associate editor of the Law review. John maintains a separate practice in Rolling Meadows and concentrates in Family Law, Divorce and Custody.

Donald G. Groble
Donald Gr. Groble received his B.A from the University of Notre Dame and his J.D form John Marshall Law School. He has been licensed to practice in Illinois since 1989. Donald practices with Groble & Groble, Ltd. in Chicago. His practice includes Administration of Decedent, Disabled Persons and Minors Estates and related litigation as well as general business matters. Donald serves as Vice-Chair of the Chicago Bar Association Probate Practice Committee. Donald is frequently involved on behalf of the firm in matters in Chicago.

Terrance R Hyten
Terrance R. Hyten received a B.S. from Bradley University in 1978 and a J.D. from the John Marshall Law School in 1982. After being admitted to the Illinois Bar in 1982 and the U.S. District Court for the District Court of Illinois, Terry began his practice in Chicago Illinois. In 1985, Terry ventured into and became a successful "solo practitioner" in Barrington, Illinois for 14 years concentrating in personal injury, employment and real estate law. For several years, Terry was active in the Northwest Suburban Bar Association, helping to establish the Employment Law Committee and is also a member of the American Bar Association and Illinois State Bar Association.

Ronald J. Nelson
Ronald J. Nelson, an attorney with offices in Barrington, Illinois and Fort Meyers, Florida, emphasizes corporation and partnerships, estate, probate, asset prosecution and tax planning, business transactions, and commercial and residential real estate transaction along with his traditional business and personal transactional services. Ronald received his undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin at Madison and his J.D. and Master of Laws-Taxation degrees for the John Marshall Law School in Chicago. Ronald is admitted to the bar in Illinois, Florida and Wisconsin, the Federal Bar of the Northern District of Illinois (including the Trail Bar), the Middle District in Florida, the United States Court of Appeals for the 7th Circuit (Chicago) and the 11th Circuit of Appeals (Atlanta), the Untied States Tax Court and the United States Supreme Court. In addition to his current practice, Ronald has served a Director of Industrial Relations of the Illinois Manufacturers Association, General Counsel for the Illinois House of Representatives, Special Counsel for the Illinois Senate, and General Counsel for the Illinois Department of Alcoholism and Substance Abuse. He has also served as an Independent Arbitrator for the National Railway Labor Adjustment Board, and Administrative Law Judge and Special Prosecutor for the Illinois Department of Securities and Illinois Secretary of State Administrative Hearing Division. Ronald has served as outside counsel for an independent securities and asset management firm in Barrington, Illinois and possesses the Series 7 and 63 licenses under the Federal Securities and Exchange Act.

William J. Provenzano
William J. Provenzano is of counsel with the Firm. He received his undergraduate degree from Northern Illinois University, did graduate work at the University of Illinois, Chicago and received his juris doctor form John Marshall Law School. Bill maintains a separate law practice in Libertyville, Illinois and concentrates primarily in employment and pension law.
